Elle Care have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to work in the Gateshead area of Tyne and Wear.
Supporting a female Client with learning disabilities, you’ll be instrumental in supporting her to live a fulfilled life. Your responsibilities will include promoting independence, some aspects of personal care and facilitating access to the community.
This position is for day shift (between the hours of 9.00-21.00), however shift times and days can be varied and flexible for the right professional.

What you need:
- At least 6 months UK-based experience in a formal care setting
