Job Description
Elle Care are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to work in the Gateshead area of Tyne and Wear.
As a Support Worker for this package, you will be responsible for supporting one female Client with Learning Disabilities to live independently within her own home. Your duties will include promoting independence, some aspects of personal care, facilitating access to the community and ensuring that the Client is supported to live a fulfilled life.
This position is for day shift (between the hours of 9.00-21.00) however shift times and days can be varied and flexible around you.

What you need:
- At least 6 months UK-based experience in a formal care setting
