Location: London; Switchboard is currently working remotely (some travel may be required when allowed)
Benefits: 25 days holiday, 8 Bank holidays and pension (5% contributory/ 5% employer)

The role
Fundraising and profile for Switchboard has increased significantly over the last 3 years. We are now investing in our fundraising team to be able to provide an excellent donor experience to existing supporters, and to also be proactive in engaging with those that could support our work and mission.
The Supporter Care and Fundraising Officer post will play a key role in developing fundraising at Switchboard.
In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and key operational groups to develop and deliver multi-channel fundraising programmes to inspire and influence new audiences and build upon existing relationships.
