The team provide investment consultancy to clients across Industrial, Office, Retail and Alternative markets. The team have advised on some of the largest and most high-profile transactions in the market. - Providing detailed financial analysis Undertaking property due diligence to support investment acquisitions and disposable Market research Support Partners on transactions Maintaining and building relationships with clients
Person Specification
- MRICS qualified
- Proficient in Microsoft excel including a high level of competence in Excel
- RICS Registered Valuer status preferable
