About the Role
As a Sustainability Director you will be expected to carry out the following roles:
- Deliver strategic advisory client engagements to leverage technology in order to help organisations become more sustainable.
- You will be growing out this practice through business development and bringing in more junior consultants to meet demand.
- You will look to leverage this knowledge and your contacts to help scale Cognizant's sustainability consulting footprint in thie Banking and Financial Services Sector.
Ideal Criteria for a Sustainability Director :
- Experience in a director level position with multiple years of top-tier consulting leadership experience who can build and sell advisory services and lead large teams of consultants to deliver technology and digital transformation programmes
- You will have a passion and a 'point of view' in this market on current trends who can help Cognizant create leading-edge capabilities
- Knowledge of the banking and financial services sector inside out and back-to-front with a rich network of c-suite contacts in these industries gathered from years of client delivery into them.
- You will have track record of business development approc £2 million per year.
A Sustainability Director will be able to avail of many perks that the firm offers as well as generous pay package as stated below:
- Base Salary £140,000-£170,000 (dependant on skill set and experience)
