The Firm: Jupiter Capital Management LLC is a boutique consultancy & advisory firm with nearly 40 senior-level subject matter expertise consultants and private capital markets professionals. Our consultants are highly skilled in their disciplines and have extensive track records as senior leaders in their industries. The firm is based in Florida in the US but has consultants across the US and Canada. This role is our first role in the UK and is a hybrid role in consulting and building out our UK practice.
The Role: SVP, Principal Consultant - Head of London Practice
The Role’s Responsibilities:
- establish a presence for Jupiter Capital Management LLC in the UK & Europe
- recruit independent contractor consultants to be based in the UK (ideally London) and build out a team of consultants and business development experts
- function also as a subject matter expert consultant in your area of expertise for clients in the UK & Europe
The Role’s Compensation:
- a fixed percentage share of consultants' revenue from their clients (generally 10-20%)
- a high fixed percentage of your consultancy engagement revenue (generally 65-70%)
- eligibility for equity equivalent units in Jupiter and cash bonus at year-end
- the target first year cash compensation for the role assuming performance targets are met is around £300,000

Jupiter Capital Management LLC also provides advisory services related to private capital markets (equity, debt and family office) in the fields of venture financing and distressed commercial real estate. The firm sources and advises on distressed commercial real estate assets on both the buy-side and sell-side. The firm also offers accelerator programs and business development consultancy as well as private capital advisory services for venture companies at the pre-seed, seed and series funding stages.
