Who we are — Our mission

We serve a critical mission: to protect the security and prosperity of 1 billion people residing in European democracies and allied nations.

War is evolving rapidly. It’s no longer something that just happens in other parts of the world. Having a greater number of helicopters or tanks than your opponent is no longer guaranteed to provide an edge.

Our products are built to operate autonomously in harsh and remote environments with minimal to no supervision. They leverage the state of the art in computer vision, autonomy and rapid manufacturing.

From protecting forests and essential infrastructure against wildfires and hybrid warfare, to monitoring Europe's extensive coastlines and land borders, our technology serves as a shield for collective security.

About the role

Our Autonomy team is growing and we are looking for talented engineers to join forces. You will be working on challenging problems in the design, implementation and deployment of state-of-the art perception, control and planning algorithms, across the stack of our autonomous robots.

About the work

Implement, debug, field test and deploy state-of-the-art robotics algorithms, for detection, tracking, localization, planning and controls working alongside respective field experts.

Build, maintain and extend libraries for core SW modules of an autonomous system.

Identify, analyze, root cause field failures and rapidly deploy fixes.

About you

Experience in at least one of the areas below:

Deploying ML models in and / or maintaining the infrastructure supporting model development and deployment (i.e., data management, large scale evaluation, training).

Data analysis, interpreting, manipulating, and visualizing data.

SW development for large or complex or distributed systems.

SW development for sensors (e.g., navigation systems) or control systems interacting with the physical world.

SW development for game development, numerical computing or physics simulators.

Proficiency in Python and C or C++ or Rust.

Keywords: robotics, computer vision, numerical computing, computational geometry, robotics engineer, distributed systems, C, C++, Rust, mobile robotics
