The firm’s Global Marketing Department is looking for an International Marketing Associate focused on the Swedish market to join the team in London. Reporting directly to the Nordic Marketing Manager, you will work with other international marketers in addition to a variety of internal departments and outside agencies. As an International Marketing Associate, you will use your existing knowledge of the Swedish Markets and analytical mindset to execute campaigns that represent the brand and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Marketing Manager to meet monthly lead goals below budget at quality standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate media contracts with vendors e.g. media agencies, list brokers and publishers; source and manage relationship with creative development resources for needs outside of internal designers
- Ensure accurate tracking of results and attribution, by working with Global Marketing Data and Analytics teams
- Coordinate with Content team and fulfilment to create a relevant range of marketing offers
- Coordinate with digital strategy team to secure social media content and develop social media strategies suitable for the Swedish market
- Source and negotiate prospect data lists from brokers, provides input on creative selection and analyses performance for direct mail and email marketing
- Coordinate with multiple Global Marketing resources to improve landing pages to increase conversion rates, new content for local FIE websites and branding/PR efforts and manage reputational risk by following the established P&Ps
Skills & Experience
- 1+ years digital marketing experience; preferably in performance marketing
- University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
- Experience analysing campaign performance
- Local knowledge of Swedish media landscapes
