(10 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE - LONDON OR PARIS)

Chain Of Events, the organising company of Paris Blockchain Week and RAISE Summit (Gen AI) is seeking a talented and experienced SWOOGO Event Ticketing & Registration Platform Manager to join our marketing team to play a crucial role in delivery the end to end ticket and registration process.


As SWOOGO Event Ticketing & Registration Platform Manager, you will be responsible for the configuration, management, and optimisation of the event ticketing and registration platform for Paris Blockchain Week. This role is crucial to ensuring a seamless ticketing experience for our attendees, speakers, sponsors, and media partners.


Position Overview: Key Responsibilities:

Platform Configuration and Management:

  • Configure and maintain the event ticketing and registration platform to meet the needs of PBW events.
  • Manage ticketing tiers, pricing structures, discount codes, and special offers.
  • Ensure the platform is user-friendly and accessible to all potential attendees.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure end-to-end tracking is in place to report on marketing channel performance by ticket volume and revenue.
  • Oversee the accurate collection and secure storage of attendee data.
  • Generate and analyse reports on ticket sales, attendee demographics, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future events.

Customer Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ticketing and registration inquiries.
  • Resolve issues related to ticket purchases, cancellations, refunds, and access.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the attendee experience.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure ticketing information is accurately communicated.
  • Collaborate with event planners and coordinators to align ticketing and registration processes with event logistics.
  • Coordinate with finance to manage ticket revenue and financial reporting.

Platform Optimization:

  • Continuously assess and improve the functionality and efficiency of the ticketing platform.
  • Implement best practices for ticketing and registration processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ticketing technologies and trends to enhance the attendee experience.

Sponsorship Portal

  • Support the Customer Services team to configure the platform to meet their needs
  • Resolve platform specific issues relating to sponsor package tickets

Networking App

  • Configure and manage the event’s networking App offering


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing event ticketing and registration platforms
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with ticketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
