System Administrator - Retail/E-Commerce - Remote & Gloucestershire
Every Cloud are currently seeking a System Administrator for a role with a Retail/E-Commerce brand based in Gloucestershire.
You will be ensuring the entire technology ecosystem is supported through being responsible for the service desk and investigating tickets with a view to resolution as efficiently as possible. You will also be involved in reporting and identifying trends, as well as being involved in staff training and some project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have work in an end user/service desk support environment, be good with people and have retail/ecommerce experience.
Advantageous but not essential is having worked with some of the following - JIRA, Celigo, NetSuite, Avalara, Magento, Tipalti, Power BI, RFSmart and OneShip.
Predominantly remote, other than 1 day per week on site in Gloucestershire.
