About the role
You will support the development of a robust financial systems environment for the Group.
You will support the finance `Heads Of` in the best use of systems to maximise efficiency and improve controls.
You will ensure that finance is promoted as a business partner across the Group, delivering evidence based advice to the business allowing all layers of management to make informed decisions.
You will ensure that the business, and regulation and legislation compliance is met.

About you
You will need the following:
A finance systems knowledge / QBE/ Degree or significant QBE
You must have policy development skills.
You need to have an understanding of finance controls and documentation and an understanding of user guide development of key systems and processes.
You must have evidence of achievement through effective performance management, service planning and target setting and evidence of successful change management, with a positive dynamic approach to organisational change.
You must be able to adjust to new business environments, be a fast learner and work with a broad range of staff in a wide-ranging business and culture.
You must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to understand and distil complex financial data to support business decision making.
You must have experience of working with senior managers on financial and operational strategy.
You must be a highly motivated and value-driven individual, committed to delivering excellent services for the customer.
You must have experience of, or the ability to understand, housing related systems including. accounting packages, development appraisal systems etc.
