Job Description
- Leading the finance team and ensuring the effective use of Yardi systems.
- Enhancing the functionality and efficiency of the Yardi system.
- Working closely with IT and finance teams to align software with business needs.
- Implementing financial controls and procedures to improve system efficiency.
- Providing training and support to users of the Yardi system.
- Delivering timely financial and management reports.
- Liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Participating in finance system related projects within the property industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Systems Accountant should have:
- A Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA within the property industry.
- Proven experience implementing a software system.
- Proficiency in using Yardi systems or any finance system such as MS Dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
