Position Overview: As a Systems Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our client's operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for evaluating and advising on ERP systems, with a focus on SAP, while considering alternatives such as NetSuite and Dynamics 365. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's systems infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current ERP system (SAP) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide expert consultation on ERP performance, recommending strategic enhancements and potential alternatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align system capabilities accordingly.
  • Leverage your experience in the Hospitality sector to address specific industry needs, including tills, stock management, and operational workflows.
  • Drive the implementation of system changes and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering strategic guidance on technology investments and initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Systems Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of ERP functionality and performance metrics, coupled with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Prior experience in the Hospitality sector, with a solid grasp of industry-specific processes and challenges (e.g., tills, stock management).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
