RBSL are looking for Systems Engineers who are keen for their next career challenge!
We are looking for passionate Systems Engineers who want to be a part of the exciting opportunities in delivering world-leading armoured vehicles, most notably Challenger 3.
Systems Engineers at RBSL are involved at every stage of the engineering lifecycle from developing requirements, system design, integration, testing and acceptance. As a Systems Engineer, you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders across all engineering and project disciplines, using modern engineering techniques and toolsets.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Ideally working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
Ideally have an understanding of Armoured Fighting Vehicles
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Be self-motivated and be able to work in a team
