Systems Support Analyst - Salesforce
Exciting opportunity to join a small e-trading insurance specialist as a Systems Support Analyst which offers hybrid working; initially 3 days pw in their City of London office, reducing to 2 once settled.
This organisation helps brokers, insurers and software houses delivery their insurance products and services to customers in an efficient way.
The Systems Support Analyst position is a newly created role which you can really make your own, utilising your application support and Salesforce or other CRM application experience to manage this solutions as wells as remote desktop and other office applications such as Office 365 and Teams.
Responsibilities:-
Managing various systems utilised by the team including Salesforce, MS Office365, MS Teams and eDocs
Customer and application Vendor relationship management, ensure suppliers meet their SLA's and change commitments and managing activity where corrective action is required.

Procurement of office equipment and set-up
Person Specification:-
Application Support with Salesforce / CRM solutions
Broad knowledge of technology and cloud services
Good relationship management skills
Ability to interpret and explain technical concepts in a simple manner
Excellent listening skills
Experience of working within the financial services domain, insurance would be a plus
