About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, large-scale business. They are looking for an experienced recruiter to work across the Manchester and Warrington sites, on a hybrid work model, 3 days in the office, 2 at home.

Job Description

The responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Multiple site role - Warrington and Manchester
  • Delivering the end to end recruitment life cycle
  • Conducting detailed job brief's with all levels of stakeholders
  • Creating job adverts - aligned in with company policy
  • Screening candidates
  • Building external relationship with both candidates and agencies
  • Assist in interviewing when needed
  • Ability to coach and guide hiring managers
  • Interest in talent project work
  • KPI based on time to hire, DE&I, positive feedback
  • Supporting apprentice programs


The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Advisor should have:

  • Experienced in a similar recruitment role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven stakeholder management
  • Ability to work at a fast paced on a high volume desk
  • Proven ability in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
  • IT literate and proficient in HR / ATS systems
  • Able to work on multiple sites
  • Driving license
  • A keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
