Job Description

Our client is a prestigious Global Investment Bank seeking their next Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join them in their Chester office for a 12 month maternity cover contract. This role will be sitting within a team working on roles anywhere from Associate level up to senior level – certainly a role that will provide a wide variety of opportunities to speak with candidates of all calibre. This a hybrid role with three days a week required in the office.

This role is not a traditional form of Recruitment role, as within the business, your remit will by design include a large amount of candidate management. You will be situating yourself right at the core of all ongoing processes within the business, supporting them by determining the best talent to join the business, liaising with the Business Partners within the firm to discuss hiring needs, and taking on other ad-hoc needs to strengthen the business’s recruitment processes.


Some of your responsibilities will include:


· Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from vacancy approvals through to the offer stage

· Managing the candidate experience

· Producing recruitment MI for the Recruitment BP Team

· Assisting with further ad-hoc recruitment matters as they emerge
