Energy & Utilities: Working across regulated utility (Power / Gas and Water) from Retail Supply, Commodity Trading & Sustainability, our reach is extensive.


Financial Services: Change, Transformation and Growth; providing Mid to Senior level IT and Change Management resourcing solutions across the entire Finance and Banking remit from Challenger Banks & third-party suppliers to SMEs and Fintech.


Insurance: Mid to senior level recruitment solutions for Technology, Business Change, Regulatory & Operations. Across the full spectrum of Insurance business lines with a core focus on The Lloyd’s Market.


Renewables & Engineering: Working full range of resourcing services to support Offshore Renewable projects with Technical Engineers on a Permanent and Contract basis


Technology: Working across Data, Software Development, DevOp’s , Cloud Security and Digital change and transformationacross all industry sectors

Responsibility

  • closely with senior management you will understand the gaps in the business not only currently but for our future growth.
  • briefs from internal management of their requirements and help to recruit the right talent.
  • various mediums you will be responsible for sourcing individuals who are actively looking as well as those who passive candidates.
  • will be responsible for pre-qualifying the candidates and providing details summary of suitable candidates for interview.
  • will ensure that relevant references are taken where required
  • will ensure that there is a strong pipeline of quality candidates for our business growth needs.
  • will be looking to hire for our UK and US offices and any future locations we set up.
  • will be working to bring in a range of levels from junior recruiters all the way to senior management who will have responsibility for their own business unit.


As an Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll need:

· Previous recruitment experience, ideally experience as a Rec2Rec consultant

· Understanding of technology recruitment

· A forward thinker

· Good Communicator

· Strong detailed individual

· Self driven and doesn’t need constant supervision

· Outgoing and charismatic personality

· Strong relationship builder

· Tenacious and persistent
