Job Description

As a key contributor of the WildBrain team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will work in partnership with leadership teams globally to implement the talent acquisition strategy. Bringing a creative approach and in-depth knowledge of all things sourcing, recruitment, and applicant tracking systems, the successful candidate is one who thrives in fast paced environments, prioritizes the candidate experience, and has a solid track record advising and collaborating with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships at all levels across the organization
  • Champion company values (WildBrain DNA) throughout internal interactions and processes
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including: the development of sourcing strategies, building of talent pipelines, leveraging professional and industry networks, coach business leaders through interviewing, social networking and evaluation best practices
  • Identify external partnerships with a lens to building diverse pipelines
  • Work collaboratively to continuously improve talent acquisition processes and practices
  • Drive and advocate for an equitable and positive candidate experience
  • Leverage our ATS, SmartRecruiters, to support the sourcing, and reporting of the candidate workflow
  • Contribute to the ATS project team to maximize the platform and enhance the user experience

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience advising hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience recruiting across various countries
  • Previous experience developing interview guides, and evaluation processes, in partnership with hiring managers
  • The ability to build strong relationships, backed by consistent follow through and delivery of results
  • A solid track record working within one or more talent acquisition systems (ATS); ATS implementation experience considered an asset
  • A successful history of building unique sourcing strategies to attract competitive talent
  • A customer-centric approach recognizing that all candidates are prospective WildBrain consumers
  • A commitment to driving consistent processes and practices leading to an equitable candidate experience
  • Strong understanding of biases that commonly arise during the hiring process
