I am looking to speak to experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join this growing people team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growing business.

Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager:

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the business need.
• Lead the internal recruitment team.
• Identify and attract potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are set up for success from day one.
• Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company culture, values, and opportunities through various marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies.
