Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire exceptional candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and implement best practices to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. The successful candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the company’s goals and values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent requirements, develop job descriptions and candidate profiles, and establish hiring goals and timelines.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and proactively engage with passive candidates.
  • Reviewing CV’s and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, and alignment with Triple Point’s Values.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Providing necessary information and guidance to candidates regarding the interview process, logistics, and any pre-employment assessments or tests.
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback and addressing candidate inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommend innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with People team members to enhance onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent across various roles and levels.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and draw insights for process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
