Job Description
Frazer Jones services have been retained by a global professional services organization to secure talent for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager role.
This is an 11-month contract based in central Belfast.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as a Business Partner to the Leadership team/internal stakeholders.
- Support recruitment processes across several professional business areas.
- Ensure recruitment processes followed are efficient, identify issues and provide solutions.
- Drive DE&I practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the recruitment budget.
- Drive talent acquisition via advertising and utilize headhunting tactics to attract passive candidates.
- Management of two junior members of the team, ensure they are managed effectively, and targets are achieved.
- Manage the delivery of recruitment and resourcing projects.
- Working with the wider Human Resources Team to support the implementation of induction programs.
- Support the early careers/graduate recruitment program (preferred, not essential).
To be considered:
- You will have an excellent academic background and be curious and genuinely passionate about talent acquisition.
- A background in in-house recruitment is essential.
- Proven ability to work operationally and strategically.
- Strong legislation knowledge regarding recruitment and best-practice graduate resourcing strategies.
- High level of attention to detail essential.
- Background in Professional Services.
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Health + Pension
