Talent Acquisition Manager – Executive Search

£40-60k plus bonuses

City of London - 3 days in office

  • My client is an established business specialising in combining the Executive Search and Contingent Recruitment models to provide the best service across the Quantitative, Trading and Finance Markets globally.
  • They are an extremely successful business focused on quality over quantity and are looking to carefully and strategically grow their global teams with top talent.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone to come and work directly with the CEO and Head of Performance surrounding hiring process, strategy and long term growth potential across their 5 global offices.


Exciting Bits

  • First TA hire and opportunity to work alongside the CEO and Head of Performance to build out a future hiring strategy.
  • Own the entire TA function with license to make decisions with full support from the board.


The Role

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Working closely with senior management you will understand the gaps in the business not only currently but for their future growth.
  • Take briefs from internal management of their requirements and help to recruit the right talent.
  • Utilising various mediums you will be responsible for sourcing individuals who are actively looking as well as those who passive candidates.
  • You will be responsible for pre-qualifying the candidates and providing details summary of suitable candidates for interview.
  • You will ensure that relevant references are taken where required
  • You will ensure that there is a strong pipeline of quality candidates for our business growth needs.
  • You will be look to hire at multiple levels alongside the needs of each team across the business.
  • You will create strong relationships with top universities and attend top in class careers fairs to spot and attract top future talent for the business to develop with their in house Head of L&D.


What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a Rec2Rec or Exec Search TA role – placing both graduates and experienced consultants.
  • Self-driven personality and a desire to be hands on across all things talent attraction and market engagement.


Please note that candidates without the prerequisite TA experience (gained within the recruitment sector), will not be considered for the role.
