Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation on the growth of their Talent Acquisition function. This role is a dual-supporting role across both Lateral and Campus activity, so experience across both breadths is a must-have here.

Reporting into a Global Head of HR this role will focus on enhancing and developing their talent pipeline, strategic approach to retention and go-to-market, as well as managing all senior stakeholder relationships internally. You'll also take the lead on a team of 3 beneath you.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record operating in a Professional Services environment (Accounting, Legal, Consulting, Wealth) in both lateral and campus hiring, along with strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills. A great opportunity for someone looking to move into Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the firm’s campus recruitment strategy, including partnerships with key universities, career fairs, networking events, and internship programs.
  • Manage the internship program, ensuring a valuable experience for interns and effective conversion rates into full-time positions.
  • Lead end-to-end lateral recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for experienced hires across various business units.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent through direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and partnerships with external agencies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including managing lateral and campus hiring for professional services, consulting, or a similar industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies for both experienced professionals and early career candidates.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
