Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Required - City / EC3 - Multi site role covering 6 locations around Central London including a large Head Office operation. Circa £75k - £95k ++ DOE. Role is based in EC3.

This is a 360 recruitment group role across multiple departments from Junior to Director level. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for several functions in a large scale business from Sales/Finance/HR/Marketing/Operations - right up to Board level.

We are inviting applications from those that are brilliant networkers, search / headhunt savvy with a demonstrable track record of Linked success plus an ability to position visible, attractive ad campaigns cleverly across the usual platforms.

This is not the norm. We are inviting applications from those with first class commercial recruitment skills as an Internal Recruiter, that has worked in either premium multi site restaurant group businesses or other dynamic industries such as Fintech etc. and have the confidence & commercial nous to work closely with the SLT to drive & navigate the Recruitment function through the next stage of the companies growth. This is a very fast moving privately owned group so decisive decision making & a tenacious management style are a pre-requisite.

This is a Talent Acquisition role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at Senior Recruitment Managers who are growing tired of the thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or Senior Recruitment Managers at that 'sweet spot' in their career who think their only two options are to either get a move managing a larger team & push for a Director role within 6 - 12 months or set up on their own. It's for Recruitment Managers who know that there is a lot more to running a recruitment function than just doing interviews. It's for Recruitment Managers who want the term "my candidates" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it's for Senior Recruitment Managers in companies who don't want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing better to offer them.

The client is prepared to pay up to £95k ++ for this role but if you are currently earn more but feel the role sounds interesting please do go ahead & apply.
