  • Leading global financial services, role based across EMEA
  • Friendly, collaborative, fast-paced team of around 6 TA Partners
  • Hybrid, 2 days in the office

I am partnering with a diverse, leading Financial Services firm on their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

The Role

You will be working in the corporate functions covering across the UK and EMEA. You will cover permanent vacancies across HR, compliance, risk, legal, credit and planning departments. This will involve excellent relationship management working with suppliers and stakeholders including senior management. You will work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partners and Talent and Development teams.

Profile

The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will have experience Recruiting in Financial Services or a similar Matrix organisation. You will have strong stakeholder management and relationship skills, with the ability to confidently advise on hiring and the market to senior managers. You have experience with ATS systems and have the ability to manage a high volume of roles. This company is also going through a period of transformation, so a keen interest in providing support during this time would be of great value.
