Talent Acquisition Specialist Job In Guildford

We are a boutique specialist recruitment company operating in the drinks sector. Working from our rural offices in Bramley, just outside Guildford, we recruit brewers, distillers and technical personnel internationally for the drinks industry. We work with global companies through to start up craft businesses.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our small, friendly team. You will be working across the entire recruitment process, liaising with our clients to source and recruit talented individuals. We are flexible and will consider full/ part-time and/or contract working.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by our clients

• Conducting interviews and writing candidate reports for clients

• Maintaining candidate/client database

• Offering CV, interview and general career advice

• Managing the recruitment process from role briefing through interview to offer stage

• Attending networking events

• Ensuring compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting

Skills and attributes:

• Direct sourcing of candidates in either an agency or in-house recruitment team

• Excellent communication skills

• Energy, enthusiasm, resilience and a positive attitude

• Comfortable with approaching and speaking with people across the business spectrum

• Managing multiple assignments at any one time

• Strong organisational skills

• Self-motivated and able to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment

• Proven experience with positive 'candidate centric' recruitment

• Ability to collaborate and work with different levels of employees

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
