Job Description
Our client is a leading talent agency representing some of the most dynamic talent across television, digital platforms, and the sports industry.
They are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Manager to oversee and grow a diverse roster of clients, including high-profile TV personalities, social media influencers, and athletes. This role will require the ability to blend the worlds of entertainment and digital media, leveraging opportunities across both traditional and emerging platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a select roster of TV talent, influencers, and athletes, overseeing all aspects of their professional careers
- Guide clients in expanding their brands, creating long-term strategies for growth in TV, digital, and sports sectors, and identifying cross-industry opportunities
- Negotiate contracts for television, digital media, sponsorships, endorsements, and collaborations, ensuring maximum revenue opportunities for clients
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including producers, brands, studios, networks, and other potential partners to unlock new opportunities for talent
- Secure and manage high-value partnerships and collaborations with leading brands across TV, sports, and digital spaces, ensuring alignment with clients' image and goals
- Identify emerging talent within TV, social media, and sports, nurturing and onboarding new clients to expand the agency’s roster
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, ideally in TV, entertainment, or digital media. Experience managing both traditional and digital talent is a plus
- Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, digital platforms, influencer marketing
- Excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of successfully guiding and growing client careers
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and the influencer landscape. Familiarity with digital analytics tools and trends
