Job Description: Engenda Group is currently seeking a talented and experienced Primavera P6 proficient TAR Scheduler to join our team. As a TAR Scheduler, you will play a vital role in overseeing project performance, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. You will utilize your expertise in project controls methodologies and tools to support project teams and stakeholders in achieving project success. Key Responsibilities: Directly interface with the Execution Managers and Construction Coordinators Take strategic direction from the Project and TAR Lead / ManagerTake full accountability for Front End Planning for the TAR using Primavera (P6)Carryout detailed delay analysis on tar plans when required Help ensure all work executed by the tar team is planned Produce resource histograms to assist in resource allocationConduct regular planning meetings with the project owners and the engineering team to ensure accuracy of the plans for reporting progress Organise and manage Interactive planning sessions tar as required. Requirements: Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must, with a track record of successfully planning and managing complex engineering projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Ability to adapt swiftly to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
