Job Description

Do you have experience in personal, partnership and corporation tax? Are you a qualified tax adviser? Interested in working for a firm voted 'Best Law Firm to Work At' for the last three years?

We are currently recruiting for aTax and Partnership Accountantto join our Finance team on a permanent basis. As ourTax and Partnership Accountantyour role will cover a variety of tax matters so you can expect your day to cover everything from calculating tax reserves, preparing the tax computations for the partnership, producing analyses oftax sensitive accounts, calculating capital allowances due, administering tax payments and obtaining technicalsupport from the firm's tax advisers when necessary. In this role you will act as a subject matter expert within the finance department for all tax related queries and be confident in your knowledge to resolve a range of issues bothinternally and externally. This role has opportunity for extensive growth alongside the ambitious growth plans of our firm and partnership. We follow a hybrid model to the way we work, which combines both working from our office in Bristol and the flexibility to work from home to meet your needs.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Fully or near-qualified CTA
  • Experience in tax compliance for individuals, partnerships and companies.
  • An interest in and good knowledge across UK business tax, VAT, employment tax and personal tax.
  • Familiarity with standard personal and corporation tax packages.
  • The ability to clearly communicate in writing.
  • Working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards.
