Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be working on a broad range of UK and international tax matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tax counselling on private fund structuring, real estate fund structuring, cross-border corporate and private equity M&A, and intricate cross-border restructurings.
- Advising leading global asset managers and financial institutions on cross-border tax mandates.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a 2-4PQE UK qualified solicitor and will have UK and international tax experience, particularly in private fund and real estate fund structuring, and cross-border M&A.
