Your newpany You will be working as a teaching assistant for Hays Education, part of Hays Specialist Recruitment Agency. You will be working along side some of the best trained consultants in the industry hoping to find and secure the perfect job for you.Your new role You will be travelling to schools on a day to day basis doing daily supply or pre booked work if that's what you prefer, building relationships with the children and your colleagues to progress your career. You get to choose your own preferred key stage and availability to suit your life style.What you'll need to succeed You'll need a get up and go attitudeA passion for building relationshipsThe drive and desire to help children learn and succeedA valid and up to date DBS, if you already have one brilliant, if not we can do one for you.Driving licence is preferred but not essential.You must have at least 40 days experience working as a Teaching Assistant within the last two years, which we are able to reference.
