You’ll have the chance to grow your career while inspiring others to deliver the highest standards of patient care.As a Senior Theatre Practitioner at our Ipswich Hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you bring knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures. Ideally, you hold qualifications in teaching and assessment, and management.As a Senior Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP), you will: Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caringRecognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can beUse your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needsEnjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and studentsContribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training Helping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
