We are pleased to present this senior opportunity to join a Top Tier Law Firm with a national presence based in Manchester.
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a Top Tier Legal 500 Firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals Nationally.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Team Leader to manage a team of Solicitors and Paralegals whilst running a small caseload.
The ideal candidate will be 5 + years PQE and have experience handling a caseload of litigated Clinical Negligence claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven background of supervising.
This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likeminded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.
The Candidate
- 5 + years PQE Clinical Negligence Senior Solicitor / Associate
- Experience of working on a Litigated caseload
- Supervision experience
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent client care skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
