32 hours per fortnight (0.4 FTE)

An exciting opportunity has presented for an experienced Diabetes/ Endocrine Allied Health Professional or Nurse to join the Diabetes and Endocrine team as a team leader.

As the Team Leader you will be the central point of communication across the team and have the following strengths:

• Team focused
• Good knowledge of Tikanga and cultural safety
• Strong focus on addressing health inequities and improving health outcomes for Maori, Pasifika and other vulnerable groups
• Strive for clinical excellence
• Able to work in a fast -paced and challenging environment
