EL/PL Team Leader - £50,000 salary
The Role
An award winning law firm based in Manchester is looking to expand their Employers Liability team. Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Personal Injury department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Team Leader who will manage their own caseload complex EL/PL files. Given opportunities in this team are rare, its a great time to join a highly reputable law firm who offer a genuine opportunity to progress.
The Candidate
- The desire to manage a team of EL/PL Fee Earners & Support Staff
- Experience managing an EL/PL caseload from inception to completion
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
