You will be a dedicated individual who will provide support to the Manager in the day to day running of our Supported Living services in Glasgow South and East. Motivate the team to deliver personalised outcome-based care Ensure excellent communication is encouraged throughout the team Promote a culture of continuous improvement of quality and safety Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Experience within the relevant field and a minimum of one years’ experience within the learning disability, complex care, or mental health sector Successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme and register with the SSSC.
