Team Leader Repairs And Maintenance Job In Scotland

Job Introduction:
As a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing an internal multi-trade workforce and overseeing external specialist contractors. Working alongside a team of 100+, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the repairs and maintenance of the clients' large housing stock of about 8,700 properties in the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Provide close supervision and management of the internal multi-trade workforce.
• Manage external specialist contractors to ensure high-quality services for customers' homes.
• Drive teams under your control using your experience and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.

• NVQ level 4 or above with supervisory experience in social housing repair and maintenance.
• Qualified at level 3 in a construction trade.
• Possess a valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undertake training and qualifications to enhance personal and service-driven targets.
