We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Trinity site based in Swindon. This is a permanent role Monday – Friday with a salary range of £26,988 - £28,000 depending on experience

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • To ensure that the correct systems and mechanisms are used to accurately record, monitor and maintain stock levels
  • To maintain an accurate inventory database that includes detailed information on available stock
  • To work closely with operations to organise the efficient flow of stock through the DC
  • To investigate discrepancies through to resolution and ensure corrective action is taken to prevent future occurrences or is escalated in a timely manner
  • To make stock adjustments as necessary
  • To support the Customer Services Team in responding to enquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • To meet high standards in terms of hygiene and Health and Safety, managing breaches in line with Company policy
  • To meet stretching team KPIs to maximise profitability
  • To build meaningful relationships with the Clients, ensuring Bleckmann remains their third party of choice
  • To manage team issues positively (absence/ poor performance/ misconduct), adhering to Company policy and procedures if appropriate
  • To foster a positive working environment through regular communication with the team, providing feedback; encouraging ideas, developing skills, understanding concerns and celebrating success
