Location: Remote based with a commute into Client’s London office (Triad has 2 base offices in Milton Keynes and Godalming)

Security Clearance: Must be eligible to undergo SC Clearance (Minimum requirement is to have worked in the UK for the last 5 years)

As a Technical Architect, you will work as part of Triad’s team on a variety of interesting and challenging projects throughout the year. Our range of clients provides you with opportunities to learn new domains and work within modern, fast-paced technical environments. From Cloud engineering to containerisation, and tooling to frameworks, we foster an environment at Triad that allows you to diversify your skills whilst retaining specialisms that you excel at.

Core requirements:

  • Direct responsibility for technical architecture on projects with multiple developers running for multiple months.
  • Promoter of best practices and able to demonstrate a valued contribution to industry forums, open-source projects or as a thought leader within departments/organisations.
  • Fundamental understanding of application architecture and design for large-scale public-facing and administrative business systems.
  • Experience delivering technical assurance to the procurement process.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and aiding the selection process.
  • Strong written communication especially concerning written documentation and presentation material.
  • Broad technical knowledge across development platforms including AWS.
  • Provision of technical leadership, management and vision.
  • Information security and secure by design principles.

Nice to have:

  • Public sector GDS background.
  • Existing SC and/or NPPV3 are highly desirable.
  • Exposure to data engineering/data science and data analytics tooling, for cleansing, processing, transforming and visualising data.
