Interested in working for an established, yet growing and close knit London office of an AJ100 practice? I've got a cracking opportunity for a Technical Architect/Experienced Technician to work for such an office, salary circa £40-45,000 pa.

This is one for you technical heads out there! With a short fall if technical expertise within the company it's vital that you understand how a buildings put together as well have a good understand of the UK building regulations. Most of your time will be working within RIBA stages 4 & 5 and you should be able to demonstrate such experience in your portfolio. It's important that you're also able to demonstrate good detailing experience as well, site experience would be a bonus.
If variety of work is what you're after then this could be an ideal position as the company in question work within a number of different sectors including commercial, hotels, leisure, residential and student accommodation. Many of these schemes or on the larger end of the scale, some of the residential and student accommodationschemes range from 100-1000 units. If you specialise in one of the above or have experience with many of them then you'll be considered, it might not the best position for any of you who are looking to just work in one specific sector.
Revit is the main weapon of choice and you'll be expected to use this from early on, fluency is a must.
