Job Description
These roles are accountable for all Engineering activity (C&I or Electrical) in the Capital Project Programme as part of the Client Project Management Team. The successful applicants will ensure equipment and systems are suitably specified to meet all project requirements. They will be acting as the focal point for the project for resolution of all engineering queries and clarifications. Supporting all design, construction and commissioning activities required for the successful completion of the Project they will be a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ensuring that Engineering Technical Standards, safety management standards, maintainability, operability, and integrity are achieved through the delivery of the project scope.
- Ensure new technologies are leveraged where appropriate to improve project outcomes.
- Partner with other business functions to support and implement standards effectively and whilst managing risk.
- Ensure engineering work is controlled in accordance with engineering arrangements and that all Legal, Regulatory, Contractual, COMAH and Governance obligations are met.
- Working across multiple contractor and supplier delivery scopes, ensuing relevant KPIs and best practice are met and implemented.
These roles are outside IR35, are long term opportunities and are on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week on site. Travel, accommodation and evening meal can be provided.
