Job Description

You will be joining the innovative Information Security Cyber tech Engineering team as a Technical business analyst in a global team responsible for developing web applications , data engineering and solutions with third party products.


You will be working in a collaborative and inclusive fast-paced environment that leverages agile approaches to deliver solutions quickly. You will work directly with the business, project leads, stakeholders, and engineers to understand the problem, determine, and outline the solution.


Your role will be to gather and understand the needs of our clients,prioritize the work involved with the program manager and lead engineer.Your role is crucial in bridging the gap between our technical engineers and the business goals, ensuring our software development efforts align with business objectives, resulting in the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive value for the organization.


The suite of applications developed and maintained by the team are used to enhance the firm’s information security threat detection, compliance, entitlement management architectures and audit assurance programs.



Key Responsibilities:


Analysing requirements from the business and understanding their processes.

Documenting requirements in ADO work items or a technical specification the engineers can use.

Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes.

Communicating these patiently and effectively to the development team.

Testing the changes from the development team and liaising with the business.

Coordinating releases and deployment of changes.
