Role 1 – Technical BA/SA with Delivery Lead capability

Responsibilities

• Project Management/Delivery experience to coordinate and execute complex activities, adhering to timelines and budget
• upon previous experience to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate into technical specifications (to aid delivery activities)
• to internal delivery governance processes
• multiple suppliers effectively

Requirements

• in resolving technical challenges effectively and working in an environment where requirements are not always clear
• approach to working, methods to ascertain information from multiple sources
• experience delivering infrastructure, predominantly Network based projects (any experience of WAN led initiatives would be beneficial)
• experience working as a BA/SA in the past to document requirements to aid solution design/delivery activities
• of managing multiple suppliers
• communication skills, attention to detail
• Working (onshore)

Role 2 – Technical BA/SA

Responsibilities

• with multiple stakeholders to understand and map out as-is setup & configuration of applications, infrastructure and translate into technical specifications
• in leading migration activities for various services that are to be migrated from existing to new solutions

Requirements

• in resolving technical challenges effectively and working in an environment where requirements are not always clear
• approach to working, methods to ascertain information from multiple sources
• in migration of network services at an enterprise level (ideally F5 & Checkpoint)
• experience in supporting infrastructure change initiatives at an enterprise level
• in collating, mapping infrastructure level specifications and comfortable leading technical workshops/meetings with SMEs
• communication skills, attention to detail
