Are you an experienced Technical Consultant with a passion for healthcare systems? Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Technical Consultant (Healthcare Systems). In this role, you will bring your expertise in Information Technology (IT) to pre and post-sales activities, serving as the point of contact for complex IT discussions. As a Technical Consultant, your responsibilities will include:



  • Understanding customer IT requirements and providing adequate solutions

  • Developing interfaces with client solutions and customers' third-party systems

  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading systems, including servers and cabinets

  • Managing partner relationships for technical and interface development

  • Collaborating with internal team members to resolve escalations

  • Participating in interface strategy discussions with international peers, product management, and engineering

  • Standardising and productizing customer responses based on previous answers

  • Prioritising interoperability requirements and contributing to messaging and value proposition adjustments

  • Developing an understanding of IT drivers, including customer and regulatory needs


To excel in this role, you will need:



  • Expertise in IT technologies such as network cybersecurity, cloud architecture, data intelligence/analytics, and database management

  • A high level of product and industry knowledge

  • Experience in Healthcare IT technologies, Pharmacy or clinical systems, and familiarity with healthcare standards and workflows
