Technical Customer Support Advisor - Software, SaaS, Helpdesk
Bristol (Remote working available) - £20,000 - £25,000
Applause IT are recruiting a Technical Customer Support Advisor for a software vendor in Bristol who are committed to making a positive impact through tech, leveraging their experience and innovation to deliver solutions that specialise in supporting the health and safe-guarding of those at risk, offering specialist products focused on the likes of suicide risk prevention.
As a Technical Customer Support Advisor you will be working within the established Service Desk team, reporting directly into the Service Desk Manager. Your focus will be supporting clients over the phone, by email and through their Hubspot portal - liaising with these customers when they are reporting defects, managing the tickets in the CRM and investigating the causes of these issues.
You will also create weekly reports and oversee the likes of customer satisfaction surveys and scores to identify areas for improvement.
The successful Technical Customer Support Advisor will have:
Great communication skills! You are the customers' first point of contact with the company
Good problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills - ability to resolve issues
An interest or passion in technology and an enthusiasm to learn
ITIL or equivalent qualification / commercial experience
