Job Purpose
As the Technical Delivery Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365, we are looking for a Microsoft professional with wider knowledge and understanding of functionality and capabilities of the Microsoft platform in order to support the exploration of the art of the possible from a business lens.
It’s not expected that you get involved in technically implementing these technologies, but more to keep abreast of the Microsoft roadmap, emerging capabilities, and how these are being or could be applied to add value in a social housing context.
This role will play an active role in exploring the positioning of Microsoft technologies, working with the business and service design colleagues to envisage and document our intended future ways of working.

You’ll have the flexibility to work from either of the three office locations in East London, Southeast London, and Manchester

The experience you’ll need
Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 at an enterprise scale
Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, such as – Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, automation, and AI
Ideally you will have experience in matrix management of teams and individuals, creating cross-functional teams focused on common objectives.
Outstanding influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential
Experience delivering projects within a large transformation programme, with complex challenges and interdependencies.
