Technical Delivery Manager.
Our client based in Manchester is currently looking for a Technical Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of several digital projects, utilising agile-based project delivery methodologies. You will provide project management and leadership of our client's new digital projects and own medium to large-scale projects as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role worksalongside other team members including our Consultants, Designers/UX, Developers, and Business Development / Strategic teams, as well as working directly with a range of high-profile clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead project Discovery phases to capture project requirements, execute Discovery workshops, and create detailed Discovery output documents to summarise recommendations
Oversee all aspects of the delivery of in-flight projects from Discovery through to Go-Live, including the management of both our internal consultants and developers as well as leading regular client meetings.
Use our Jira-based project management software to manage the status of the various digital projects and act as the primary project contact for our larger projects
Act as the Scrum master for our largest client project
Skills and Experience:
Digital agency experience preferred
Running digital projects with knowledge of requirements elicitation, running workshops, client management, change requests processes
Experience leading and mentoring a team would be highly beneficial
Excellent technical understanding of software with knowledge of software delivery methodologies
