Due to growth we are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager. This is a brand new role here at Tracsis and we are open to the right candidate helping us to shape and define the role. As a Technical Delivery Manager you willlead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements. This may involve;
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, QA analysts, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders, including clients, executives, and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Who you’ll be..
We want to make sure you’re set for success so the key skills we’re looking for in the role are below. We know not everyone ticks all the boxes and we’ll provide training on some of the areas if you’re the right person for the role.
- Experience in technical project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Solid technical background with knowledge of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
