<div>Technical Due Diligence Consultant - Energy/Oil and Gas <br/>Competitive (hybrid working) <br/>London, Stockport <br/><br/>Allen & York are excited to be working with a leading global organisation, providing risk and assurance services to a variety of clients. <br/><br/>Our client is looking for a passionate Technical Due Diligence Consultant or Technical Engineers looking to work in due diligence to join the Transactions & Business Advisory team, supporting clients through their energy transition journey, with a particular focus on due diligence for M&A project financing. <br/><br/>Youll have a strong academic background in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline, with significant engineering experience and a broad understanding of financial models. Highly numerical, youll be skilled in excel, with the ability to understand complex financial or market models. An excellent all-round communicator, youll have the ability to define and explain complex technical issues and solutions to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
